PadGenie is an AI-powered interior design and home staging application. The Service analyzes user-submitted photos and provides design recommendations, staging guidance, and visual briefs intended to assist with short-term rental presentation, home sales, and real estate preparation.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use this Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Submit only photos and content you own or have rights to use
• Use outputs for lawful purposes only
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or prompts

4. Intellectual Property

PadGenie and its underlying design reference systems, prompt architecture, and outputs are proprietary. “PadGenie” is a trademark of the Company (USPTO application pending). Design outputs generated for you are licensed for your personal and professional use; they may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Design recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and creative guidance purposes only. Results will vary based on space, budget, and implementation. The Company makes no guarantee that following AI-generated recommendations will achieve any specific outcome, including sale price, rental income, or occupancy rate.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

7. Termination
