Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to PadGenie until that date.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests can be submitted to billing@padgenie.com.

Data After Cancellation

Your project data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted. You may export your data at any time before cancellation.
